Training and education is paramount to the overall success of administering the Medicare program. To that end, Highmark Medicare Services is committed to educating healthcare professionals and their staffs about fundamental Medicare programs and policies, new Medicare initiatives, and significant changes to the Medicare program. We also focus on training for new healthcare professionals and office staff.
