The Maryland/DC POE Advisory Group meets on a quarterly basis for two hours at the Highmark Medicare Services office located in Timonium Maryland. Members can choose to attend the meeting location or participate via teleconference. All meetings begin at 1:00 PM. Members of the group are provided with an agenda prior to the meeting date and meeting minutes are distributed within 7 business days of the meeting date.

The Maryland/DC POE Advisory Group includes representatives of the various provider types serviced by Highmark Medicare Services, as well as provider associations. Current membership includes representatives from: 

The FY 2008 scheduled meeting dates are: November 14, 2007, February 27, 2008, May 21, 2008 and August 20, 2008.
