Management of FISS LogonsUnder HIPAA regulation, Highmark Medicare Services is asking that every user of the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) have a unique user ID for greater accountability and security. This unique id is not to be used by anyone other than the person it is assigned to. Please remember that if data is mishandled in any way, the provider will be held responsible in accordance with Medicare requirements. Therefore, we ask for your compliance in guaranteeing the utmost security. If you require a new Part A FISS/HIQA Logon ID - please complete the appropriate form below:
This written authorization letter must by written by the provider and addressed to Highmark Medicare Services. This letter must be written on the provider’s company letterhead. You may fax this letter to Core Services System Support at 412-544-1970. If you do not comply with these instructions, no FISS Access will be granted to your agency. If you need to change your Part A FISS/HIQA Logon ID - please complete the appropriate form below:
