1Our provider services lines are operational 8:30am – 4:30pm daily, except between 8:30-9:30am on Mondays when we are closed so that our Customer Service Representatives may participate in training sessions.  During these periods of time, the IVR is available to provide Medicare information.

2Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system enables you to receive information without representative intervention.  The IVR provides quick and accurate responses to routine inquiries.  It is available 6 AM to 7 PM Monday - Friday and 6 AM to 4 PM Saturday.

3TTY stands for text telephone.  It is also referred to as a TDD or telecommunication device for the deaf.  A TTY is a special device that allows individuals to type messages back and forth to one another instead of talking and listening.  A TTY is required at both ends of the conversation in order to communicate.
